Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes, menus and dietary needs.
• Plan and adjust menus to meet dietary restrictions and residents' preferences.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation and accurate record-keeping of temperatures.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and ensure quality of deliveries.
• Engage with residents to accommodate special requests and preferences.
• Collaborate with dietary team and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
