Job summary

Holiday by Atria in Washington state is seeking a friendly Waitstaff team member to serve residents with high-quality dining service. You will assist with daily meals, help prepare and clear tables, and contribute to a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere.

No prior experience is required; on-the-job training is provided, and you will receive paid holidays, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• No experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide high level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
