Compass Senior Living in Seaside, Oregon seeks a compassionate Dining Services Server/Waiter to serve elders, take meal orders, and keep dining areas clean. You’ll work as part of a friendly team to ensure timely service and a warm resident experience.

You’ll follow safety and sanitation procedures, assist with dietary-specific meals, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors. Commitment to great service and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• You will provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• You will have good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• You will be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• The Dining Assistant/Waiter serves elders and guests, takes orders for meals, and cleans tables after meals.
• Prepares and serves meals for the dietary department in a safe and appetizing method in compliance with dietary standards, policy, and procedures.
• Cleans the kitchen, washes dishes, and returns food to proper storage.
