Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary training or food service experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare dining environments preferred.
• Food safety training preferred.
• CBRF certified training in First Aid/Choking, Fire Safety, and Standard Precautions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and resident preferences.
• Maintain sanitation and kitchen cleanliness to policy.
• Monitor temperatures and rotate stock per regulations.
• Address resident concerns and communicate with the Food Service Director.
• Follow DHS 83 and 89 regulations and company policies.
