Job summary

Senior Suites at St. Clair Commons in Saint Clairsville, OH is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to support residents with meal service and dining experience.

You will assist in meal preparation, serve meals, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen and dining area in collaboration with our culinary team. This role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), the ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining room, serve meals, and assist residents during meal times.
• Deliver meal trays and snacks; ensure food is served at proper temperature
• Assist cook with food preparation and cleaning as needed
• Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and maintain clean kitchen/dining areas
• Remove trash and recycling; restock supplies; rotate stored foods
• Follow infection control and food safety protocols
• Wear appropriate PPE; maintain hand hygiene and clean uniforms
• Report any safety or sanitation concerns immediately
