Zusammenfassung

DiningRD is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support an Assisted Living Community with quarterly onsite visits focused on food safety audits, dining observations, and nutrition referrals for high‑risk residents. The RD will collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high nutritional standards and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have CDR credentials, applicable state licensure, and 2+ years of consulting experience, preferably in Long Term Care.

Qualifikationen

• CDR credentials required or equivalent certification.
• State licensure required where mandated by state law; may be needed for practice.

Aufgaben

• Conduct quarterly onsite visits (4 hours per visit) to perform food safety and sanitation audits.
• Perform meal/dining observation audits and nutrition referrals for high‑risk residents.
• Provide guidance on dining services, menu development, and regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal rules.
• Train and mentor dining managers and staff on nutrition care and best practices; support policy development.
