Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dietary management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and food safety principles
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dietary operations including menu planning, food prep, and presentation
• Develop nutritionally balanced dining programs for residents with diverse needs
• Collaborate with culinary team to tailor meals to preferences, dietary restrictions, and cultural considerations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, standards, and policies
• Conduct regular quality control to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and kitchen safety
• Supervise and train dietary staff, promoting effective communication and teamwork
• Develop and manage budgets and inventory to optimize costs and minimize waste
• Build strong relationships with residents and families to ensure exceptional service
