Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is hiring a full-time Dietary Aide to help prepare and serve meals for residents. The role focuses on making mealtimes safe, enjoyable, and welcoming, with hands-on tasks that impact residents’ day-to-day wellbeing.

No experience is required; training will be provided. Shifts are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with full benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Friendly, dependable, and a team player.
• Food service or caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and serve meals for residents
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Set up and clean dining areas and kitchen equipment
