Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is hiring a full-time Dietary Aide to assist with meals for residents in a warm, supportive team. You’ll follow food safety procedures, help prepare and serve meals, and help create a friendly dining experience. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a benefits-eligible workforce.

Typical shifts run 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, with pay at $19.10 per hour. This is an in-person, on-site position requiring a minimum age of 16.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• No experience needed; on-the-job training provided.
• Friendly, dependable and enjoys teamwork.
• Food service or caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and serve meals for residents.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Set up and clean dining areas and kitchen equipment.
• Create a friendly, positive mealtime experience for residents.
