Job summary

Green Lea Senior Living in Mabel, MN is hiring a full-time Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team. This in-person role involves helping to prepare and serve meals for residents while upholding food safety standards. You’ll contribute to a warm, welcoming dining experience each day.

No experience is required as we provide training. The regular schedule is 10:00 AM–7:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM, with a competitive hourly pay of $19.10 and a full benefits package for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 16 years or older
• No experience needed; we will train you
• Friendly, dependable, and enjoys working on a team
• Food service or caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and serve meals for residents
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Set up and clean dining areas and kitchen equipment
• Create a friendly, positive mealtime experience for residents
• Report any resident concerns to the right team members
