The Meadows of Rockwell Retirement Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our culinary team and help provide nutritious, high-quality meals to residents. You will assist with meal service, uphold food safety standards, and support residents during dining to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meal assistance: help prepare, portion, and serve meals according to dietary plans and requests.
• Sanitation and cleanliness: maintain kitchen and dining areas, wash dishes and equipment.
• Resident support: provide meal setup and serving to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Food safety: follow safety protocols for storage, handling, sanitation.
