Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare/senior living/long-term care experience preferred.
• Active Medication Aide certification in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, administer, and document medications per physician orders and company protocols.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of medications in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor residents for adverse reactions and report concerns to the nursing team promptly.
• Observe changes in health status and measure vital signs as needed.
• Build positive relationships with residents and support participation in wellness activities.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
