Westminster Assisted Living & Memory Care of Cullman is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our culinary team in providing nutritious meals for residents. The role emphasizes meal preparation, serving, and ensuring a positive dining experience in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Meal assistance: prepare, portion, and serve meals per dietary plans.
• Sanitation: maintain kitchen and dining areas; wash dishes and equipment.
• Resident support: help with meal setup and serving; ensure positive dining experience.
• Food safety: follow storage, handling, and sanitation protocols.
• Inventory support: assist with receiving and storing supplies; report shortages.
• Team collaboration: support dietary team to run kitchen smoothly.
• Resident engagement: fulfill special dietary requests and preferences.
