Potter Ridge Senior Living in Red Wing is seeking a Culinary Assistant to support our dining services team. This part-time, on-site role offers morning and afternoon shifts and a friendly work environment.

You will prepare all food items, follow recipes and plating standards, operate standard kitchen equipment safely, and keep your station clean and orderly while complying with sanitation rules. Training provided for new staff; open to applicants with varied backgrounds and no diploma required.

Qualifications

• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain station in practice of good safety and sanitation.
• Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Adhere to sanitation and food production codes.
