Job summary

Elim Shores in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a friendly Culinary Assistant to help serve meals to residents, staff, and families. This part-time role provides on-the-job training and a supportive team environment within a restaurant-style dining setting.

Shifts run 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm with a wage range of $16.68–$18.05 per hour, depending on experience. No prior experience required beyond a customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Prior serving/dining experience preferred. We will train!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
