Job summary

Country Manor in Sartell, MN is seeking a Nutrition/Culinary Assistant to join our kitchen team. You will support dishwashing, food prep, and resident dining while maintaining a clean, orderly kitchen and assisting with meals. No experience needed; training provided.

Shifts are part-time, approx. 48 hours per pay period, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with every other weekend and holiday rotations required. You’ll work with the elderly in a supportive healthcare setting and grow with a caring team.

Qualifications

• Age 16+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to handle ingredients including pork, chicken, beef and more.
• Self-motivated, can work independently or as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in work.
• Friendly, dependable and enjoys working with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing – ensure all dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
• Kitchen maintenance – keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
• Food preparation – assist with daily food production and preparation.
• Serving meals – help serve food and assist residents with their dining needs.
