Job summary

PeerStar is seeking compassionate Certified Peer Support Specialists (CPS) to work with older adults in senior living communities. You will use lived experience to offer hope, encouragement, and recovery-focused support, building meaningful relationships and promoting wellness.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a sign-on bonus for new hires and additional incentives for certified professionals. Eligible for benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience in recovery from mental health disorders and/or substance use.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Has completed PA-approved peer specialist certification training.
• Criminal history clearances: PA State Police, Child Abuse, FBI.
