NFI North provides mental health and behavioral support services to individuals facing life challenges, aiming to help them grow, thrive, and feel they belong. The Direct Care Counselor role focuses on overseeing shifts, delivering care management, and fostering skill development in residents with mental health needs.

Preferred candidates hold an associate or higher in human services or related field, with flexibility and a willingness to learn clinical aspects of aging-related conditions.

Formación

• Experience in direct care or supportive services is preferred.

• Oversee and organize shifts, provide care management, supervise and assist in skill development, and offer nurturing support to program participants.
