Job summary

Restaura, part of the Phoenix3 Collective portfolio, is a leader in food and dining management services for senior living communities. We are seeking a reliable Cook to join our dining team of Employee Owners at a premier senior living campus.

You will prepare high-quality meals, follow recipes, and ensure safety and presentation meets resident expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work nights and weekends, and comfortable using tablets for recipes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Comfortable following recipes and using tablets for guidance.
• Detail oriented and able to work as part of a team.
• Customer service mindset with residents in a senior living setting.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality dishes according to recipes and prep lists.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with proper portions and temperatures.
• Produces menu items as assigned by culinary lead.
• Meets food prep times during busy meal periods.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and sanitation.
• Stores or discards excess food per safety procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
