Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality food preparation.
• Experience in scratch cooking in a high-volume, fine dining setting.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and MS Word.
• 1 year previous dining experience in food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing all food items following recipes and procedures.
• Ensure timely food preparation with batch-cooking and cook-to-order methods.
• Maintain food safety and nutrition standards for residents.
• Attend dining services meetings and trainings.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety, including temperature records and sanitation procedures.
