Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of cooking experience, including some short-order cooking.
• Experience with quantity cooking and batch prep.
• Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient, timely, and friendly service to all residents and staff.
• Maintain proper sanitation and safety procedures and high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Order, receive, and rotate stock in conjunction with the Food Service Director.
