Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, and portion guidelines.
• Ensure meals are prepared on time and served at the appropriate temperature.
• Follow special dietary requirements, food allergies, and texture modifications as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Properly store, label, date, and rotate food products.
• Monitor food inventory and notify supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Minimize food waste while maintaining appropriate quality and portions.
• Assist with meal service, including plating and serving meals as needed.
