Job summary

Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking a Cook for the LIFE Programs in Center Twp, Beaver County, PA. This full-time daytime role runs 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a starting rate of $18.00 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered and benefits are provided for eligible employees.

The Cook will prepare and monitor all meals served at the LIFE Center, ensuring adherence to therapeutic diets and regulatory standards. Prior experience with the frail and elderly is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must possess knowledge of portion control, kitchen equipment, and have working knowledge of therapeutic diets.
• Must have one year experience with the frail and elderly.
