Morningside Elite Management in Laurel, Maryland is seeking a Cook to provide high-quality meals to residents, guests, and staff, and to participate in all aspects of food production. The cook may supervise other staff and reports to the Director of Dining Services.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Obtain/hold local, state and/or county food handling licenses or certificates.

• Prepares all food per daily menu using standardized recipes.

• Keeps work area and equipment clean and adheres to sanitation schedules.
• Maintains proper food temperature control.
