Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must obtain local food handling/sanitation licenses or certificates.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all food in accordance with the daily menu planner and recipes.
• Work the food line during mealtime and plate food attractively.
• Keep work areas clean, maintain sanitation schedules, and proper food temps.
• Manage stock rooms and rotate perishables; label and date items.
• Attend training and adhere to company standards and safety practices.
• Contribute to a positive, professional environment for residents and staff.
