Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents in a senior living community. You will follow standardized recipes and menus, ensure high-quality meals, and accommodate dietary modifications while keeping a safe, clean kitchen environment.

You will record production quantities and temperatures, stock and store food safely, and assist with dishwashing and dining service as needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
