Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking an experienced Cook to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Illinois. You will prepare hot and cold menu items, manage portions, ensure food safety, and maintain quality across service lines while working weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food safety.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.
• Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items on grill, sauté, salad-bar and service line.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving per menu cycle and recipes.
• Taste and assess quality and palatability.
