LakeHouse Senior Living is hiring a cafeteria cook to prepare hot and cold menu items across grill, sauté, salad-bar and service line. You will ensure portions align with recipes and maintain consistent quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Senior Living is preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food safety.
• Strong organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items on grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving according to menu cycle and recipes.
• Taste and assess food quality and palatability.
