Job summary

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a line cook for a full-time schedule. The shift pattern spans Saturday & Sunday 6:00a-2:00p and Monday-Wednesday 11:30a-7:00p, in a senior living community known for fresh, seasonal menus and high-quality service.

The role requires 2–5 years line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen, with the ability to work efficiently and communicate positively with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant is required.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.

Responsibilities

• Cook on a full scratch kitchen and on-line stations to prep meals as scheduled.
• Maintain quality, portion control, and timely service for residents and guests.
