Job summary

Oakmont of El Dorado Hills, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a dedicated line cook to join our full‑time kitchen team. The position covers weekend and midweek shifts in a scratch kitchen focused on quality, seasonality, and guest experience for residents and visitors.

Candidates should have 2–5 years on a fast‑paced line, be reliable, and able to work with a friendly, professional demeanor. Health screenings and background checks are required; vaccination may be requested per policy.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may be required per regulatory guidelines
