Oakmont Management Group is seeking a dedicated line cook to join our culinary team in California. You will work in a full scratch kitchen, preparing meals for residents and guests while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of line experience, with strong teamwork, food safety knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences in a senior living environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests.
• For health and safety, may require vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.
