Campbell Street is seeking a Dietary Aide to provide an efficient, exceptional dining experience for residents at regular mealtimes. You will prepare meals, ensure dietary needs are met, and maintain sanitation to support resident safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages per recipe.
• Performs food preparation, covering, storage, and labeling tasks as assigned.
• Serves meals to residents in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
• Delivers nourishments to the nurse station for distribution.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Record temperatures and ensure safety of food and equipment.
