• 1 year of cooking experience in restaurants, schools, hospitals, or senior living kitchens.
• Able to read recipes and food labels, and communicate about food safety and allergies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents using established menus, recipes, and serving guidelines.
• Create appealing, high-quality dishes while maintaining proper food temperatures and presentation.
• Follow safe food handling, sanitation, and dietary guidelines throughout meal preparation and service.
• Support special dining events, seasonal celebrations, and other community meal functions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth meal service and a positive dining experience for residents.
