Qualifications

• Experience in institutional cooking preferred.
• Able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
• Strong command of English and ability to follow instructions precisely.

• Cook and serve meals and snacks daily for residents according to menus and dietary needs.
• Purchase raw food and supplies from approved vendors within budget.
• Follow storage, preparation, and handling policies to meet standards.
• Maintain personal hygiene to prevent foodborne illness and support residents' wellbeing.
