• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Keep kitchen, storage, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Lead production when Dining Services Coordinator is unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality and presentation to meet Sunrise standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with dishwashing and dining service as needed.
