Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Yardley, PA, is looking for a Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure taste and presentation, and comply with dietary modifications while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen.

You will record production quantities and temperatures, stock and rotate food, support dishwashing and dining service, and lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator. Sunrise offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
