Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated cook to prepare meals that meet Sunrise standards and dietary requirements. The role involves following standardized recipes, maintaining safety and sanitation, and recording temps and quantities.

You will help stock and rotate food, while keeping kitchen areas clean and compliant with OSHA guidelines. The position offers opportunities to advance, participate in a team-focused environment, and contribute to residents’ positive dining experiences.

Formación

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
