Atria Senior Living is Hiring a Cook to join our dining team at our community in Rancho Mirage, CA. You will prepare meals for residents, work closely with teammates, and ensure a restaurant-style dining experience that enhances daily life.

We value safety and cleanliness, and offer a supportive environment with advancement opportunities. Applicants should have a GED/HS diploma, 1–3 years of cooking experience, and a food handlers permit where required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of experience as a cook in hospitality or healthcare.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or Company standards.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, guides, cleaning schedules and logs.

Responsibilities

• Join the kitchen staff in preparing and cooking food for our residents.
• Build positive relationships with residents, employees and coworkers.
• Understand that dining in the restaurant-style atmosphere can be the highlight of our residents' day.
• Maintain the kitchen in a clean, safe and sanitary condition at all times.
