Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook who will prepare meals that support residents’ health and enjoyment while maintaining a safe, clean kitchen environment. You will follow standardized recipes, monitor quality, and handle dietary modifications with attention to safety and regulatory guidelines.

The role involves recording production quantities, stocking and rotating stock, maintaining sanitation, and supporting dining services as needed.

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
