Homeplace of Henderson in western Kentucky seeks a dedicated Cook to prepare nutritious meals for our residents, following established recipes and dietary guidelines. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus and ensure meals are prepared safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role in a food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
