Responsibilities include cooking to spec, ensuring correct temperatures and plating, and assisting with menu changes while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and regulatory compliance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all food items in accordance with planned menus and recipes, ensuring meals are appetizing and meet dietary requirements.
• Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and properly plated.
• Consult with the Chef on menu changes or substitutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas.
• Record temperatures of refrigeration and dishwashing equipment.
• Comply with all sanitary, regulatory, and Clearwater Living policies.
