Qualifications

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

• Respect for resident rights and confidentiality; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones and route calls with proper greeting.
• Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments.
• Provide clerical support: typing, filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
• Escort visitors and residents to suites or common areas as needed.
• Maintain accurate referral, mailing lists and customer databases.
• Assist with move-in processes and documentation.
• Support events with setup and teardown; uphold confidentiality.
