Job summary

The Clarendale of Addison in Addison, IL is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and service providers daily in a warm, professional manner.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. Full-time shift is 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, every other weekend. Responsibilities include telephone coverage, issue resolution, package deliveries, maintenance requests, and supporting the Business Office Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage to residents, guests, and staff.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers while maintaining professionalism.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipts, and notify residents of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
