Job summary

The Clarendale of Addison is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge in Addison, IL. The role greets residents, guests, and vendors daily in a warm, professional manner and serves as the first face visitors see in our community.

This full-time shift runs 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, every other weekend, with starting pay of $16.00. Responsibilities include answering calls, resolving resident and guest issues, receiving packages, creating maintenance work orders, and supporting the Business Office Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
