• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Provide information about community services, amenities, and local resources.
• Manage front desk operations including check-in, package handling, and recordkeeping.
• Deliver packages and items to residents promptly and courteously.
• Provide valet services including parking, retrieving, and delivering vehicles using Cubigo.
• Maintain lobby and valet areas clean and orderly.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and report violations as needed.
