Job summary

Cascadia Healthcare seeks an experienced LPN/LVN to support clinical compliance across assisted living and senior living communities. You will review resident care documentation, identify trends, and educate facility leaders to ensure safe, ethical, and compliant practices within the LPN/LVN scope.

The role requires traveling up to 60% of the time, including overnight trips, and strong communication and organizational skills to partner with operations and clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in at least one state.
• Minimum of two years LPN/LVN clinical experience in geriatric care settings.
• Experience with resident care documentation, audits, or compliance preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~60% (including overnight).

Responsibilities

• Support compliance audits, reviews, and follow-up activities related to resident care documentation, facility processes, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Review records, policies, and facility practices to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with preparing clear summaries of audit findings, recommendations, and follow-up action items.
• Provide practical compliance education and support to facility leaders, field teams, and internal partners.
• Participate in onsite and remote audits, compliance reviews, meetings, and risk assessments.
• Partner with operations and clinical leaders to support consistent, compliant facility practices.
