Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience or training in sales and marketing is preferred.
• Must be at least 25 years old to drive company vehicle.
• At least one year of experience or training in sales or marketing is preferred.
• Experience in senior living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic sales processes as directed by CRD.
• Answer inquiry calls and respond to internet inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct community tours.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and mailings.
• Assist with lead bank management (Yardi) including data entry and scheduling tasks.
• Serve as primary sales back-up when CRD is unavailable.
• Support sales and marketing administrative tasks (orders, brochures, move-in paperwork).
• Help plan and coordinate marketing events.
