Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Campbell is seeking a Community Relations Assistant to support residents and the sales process within our senior living community. This role works closely with the CRD to schedule tours, handle inquiries, and help move prospects through the lead pipeline.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, some post-secondary education, and at least one year of sales or marketing experience, preferably in senior living.

Qualifications

• Has experience or training in sales and marketing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Must be at least 25 years old to drive company vehicle.
• At least one year of experience or training in sales/marketing (preferred).
• Experience in senior living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic sales processes as directed by CRD.
• Take inquiry calls and respond to internet inquiries.
• Schedule and conduct community tours.
• Conduct prospect follow-up via calls, emails, mailings, etc.
• Assist with lead bank management in Yardi, including data entry and scheduling.
• Serve as primary sales back-up when CRD is out of the community.
• Support marketing tasks: orders for materials, post-tour brochures, move-in packets; help plan events.
