Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours for potential residents and families.
• Attend in-service programs related to elderly needs and admission requirements.
• Learn and practice MorningStar’s 7 Steps for Relationship Selling.
• Manage lead follow-up from calls, emails and tours to move sales forward.
• Coordinate move-in details and welcome new residents; communicate with all departments.
