The Timbers on Blackwell Creek in Georgia is seeking a driven Community Relations Director to lead occupancy growth and outreach for our senior living community. This role blends sales leadership with meaningful partnerships.

You will develop strategic plans, manage prospects, conduct tours, and build referral networks with hospitals and physicians, while guiding families through important decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or business development, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset with ability to review performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic marketing and sales plan to achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Conduct community tours and consultative sales conversations.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Partner with leadership to support move-ins and resident transitions.
• Complete required marketing reports and maintain CRM documentation.
• Represent the community at networking and outreach events.
